Sorry boys...girls only on this one.

I was doing some skinny research (since I had waaay too much chocolate yesterday lol) and I came across this interesting little factoid! Do you know the best time to start a diet (if you're a woman)? Get this one...it's the first day of your period! The reason being, hormones connected to junk food cravings decrease during that time. Oh and btw I got my info at Self.com. They have AWESOME and I mean DELICIOUS recipes/meal plans up there as well!
