Recovering for Cinco De Mayo?

So if you had one too many margaritas last night for Cinco De Mayo, instead of hating your life at work today...fill up on some fresh strawberries and cantaloupe on your lunch break. Too many cervezas can cause dehydration and also lead to low blood sugar levels, which of course is why you feel like crap the next morning. Filling up on fluids(aqua), juicy fruit(strawberries and cantaloupe), and protein (yogurt) will keep your blood sugar level balanced and in turn help you get over your hangover much quicker yay! So get some fruit and feel better!!!
