Ice Ice Baby!


Here's a trick I LOVE to use during the summer. My mom used to do this with orange juice for us kids so we'd get our vitamin C lol. Well now that I'm all grown up and trying to look good in a bikini I've taken her trick and altered it a lil bit. I don't know about you, but sometimes I'll eat just so I have something to do. Sad...but true. At least I'm honest right? Well here's a great way to "eat" without really eating anything at all. I'll take water or organic green tea (no calories btw) and freeze it in some popsicle molds (like in the picture above). I'll snack on those all day and guess what I'm not taking in ANY calories, fat...NOTHING! It's great for in between meals and an awesome way to hydrate yourself in the Sac-Town summer weather! Yay!
