EAT Slooooooooooowwww!

I've read about this a couple times online. Eating slowly is a tool that you can use to lose weight! Sounds simple enough right? This totally works because it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling the feeling that you're full. If you're a fast eater, you probably eat way beyond your level of fullness. That's why you feel super stuffed after most meals. You need to give your brain a chance to catch up. So take smaller bites and really enjoy your food. Before you know it, you'll be finished and asking for a doggie bag:)
