Self tip!

Visualize visualize Visualize!!! That's what it's all about baby! I get these SELF tips (via text message) that help you stay on track with diet and exercise. The tip I got over the weekend totally works too! It says while working out, visualize yourself thin (looking hot in a bikini, fitting into those old jeans , etc.) and it will give you that extra push to keep going (run for five more minutes, eat a salad instead of something fattening). It's a great mental trick! Try it out! You'll be surprised what a little positive thinking can do!
