Be happy...

...and this will help! My fav site, Hungry Girl, sent out a great email today about mood foods. To read the entire post, click the pic above. For example, to put yourself in a happy mood...strawberries will do the trick! This works because folate-rich foods
(like strawberries and salmon) cause a boost in serotonin levels in the brain. So help cheer yourself up by grabbing some strawberries to chow down on. Oh and right now it's buy one get one free at Safeway (and they're organic strawberries to boot)!
