eaT, eAt, EAT!!!

You know when you wait all day to eat because you know you're going out to a restaurant later??? Then you go out...stuff your face with bread, appetizers, martinis, the WORKS right? Hey...we've all been there! Still, if you're trying to drop some pounds that's not gonna fly. So here's a little trick I read about online. I've tried it out a few times and it works like a charm:) Eat something before you go out. For example, I'll eat a huge Fuji apple or a small salad with greens, balsamic vinegar and almonds. Any healthy snack that's high in fiber is a great way to go. Then when you get to the restaurant, you make better and healthier choices when ordering! Try it out, you'll be surprised:)
