Popeye was on to something!

So I was flipping through my new Self magazine, and came across a tip in their eat-right flash. If you have a little chubb in the tummy region, you may not be getting enough nutrients. Diets with low calcium and vitamin C may increase your odds of gaining tummy fat, which puts you at higher risk for heart disease. So snack on some spinach to help tone the tummy. Spinach contains plenty of calcium and vitamin C! Plus it's soooo...good in salad!
