Ok I'm not a big eyeliner person, but guess what?!?! That totally changed yesterday around 5 p.m. in Nordstrom at Arden Fair when I tried Chanel's Liquid Eyeliner! I love it! Now using liquid eyeliner kinda takes some getting used to, applying it can be quite comical the first couple of times, but you'll get the hang of it. Trust me if I can...you can. It's pretty expensive at $30, but treat yourself! It lasts forever and is totally worth every penny. Click the pic for more info.
