load up on the fiber!

Self.com can actually send you texts with little tips on losing weight and my most recent text was all about fiber. Women who ate high-fiber cereal lost weight without losing nutrients. They also said to look for 5 grams of fiber for every 100 calories. A cereal I love is Fiber One, it's loaded with lots and lots of fiber (hence the name lol)!
