Ok so I'm sure you've heard "keep a food diary" a million times, but have you ever tried it? It WORKS! I've been doing it for a couple days now and it puts how much you actually eat into perspective real quick. I'm not gonna lie...the first day I was a little mad at myself for being a heffer, but moving on...I doing the free online food journal on The Daily Plate (click logo above) and so far so good. I'm still messing around with the site a lil bit, but it's pretty straight forward (not hard to figure out at all). Also, Weight Watchers has a great food journal on their site...you have to be a member though...BUT you can still look up yummy recipes!!! Click here for more.
