Text yourself skinny!

Now this is cool! OH and FREE! The Medical University of South Carolina has created a service that provides daily tips for weight loss! It's called cell-U-lite (like your "cell' phone...get it?). Basically you go to their website and schedule a TEXT reminder when you need it the most. For example, a text in the morning that tells you to use the stairs going to your office instead of the elevator. These are super useful and you actually look forward to receiving them lol:) Oh and did I mention it's FREE! The only thing you could possibly lose out of the deal...is some weight yay!
