Great tips and recipes:) Ok moving on to what the hell this contraption is...it's the Bodybugg!!! This little gadget is flippin' genius because it figures out how many calories you burn throughout the day....regardless of what you're doing. The catch...it's SUPER expensive. Maybe you can beg the fam to chip in for Christmas or postpone that shopping trip and treat yourself to this instead! Either way it's worth knowing about.
